The box measures 300x400 mm and is 70 mm high, offering plenty of space for the dough to rise and expand.

Holds 4–6 pizza dough balls at a time and can be stacked if you have multiple boxes.

Plastic lid for pizza dough proofing boxes. The lid is used to top off your stack of proofing boxes. Therefore, you don’t necessarily need a lid for each box, but just one lid per stack.

The lid fits proofing boxes measuring 30x40 cm.
