Electric-fireplace.co.uk offers free shipping for all fireplaces. Therefore, the stated price of the product is your final price. This means you do not have to worry about additional shipping, packaging, or handling costs. We ship for free directly from our warehouse.
Shipping is usually done by GLS or Danske Fragtmænd. However, we reserve the right to change selected delivery methods if it is not possible to use the selected shipping method due to the size of the goods.
Electric-fireplace.co.uk sends your order the same day if i is ordered before 4 pm on a weekday.

The normal delivery time is 1-2 working days, but we always try to ship all orders as soon as possible, and if you order a stock item before 4 pm on a weekday, we will usually send your order the same day.
Some electric fireplaces, however, require that we send them off by freight forwarder. Therefore, it is unfortunately not always that we have the opportunity to ship these the same day that you order. In Denmark, we use Danske Fragtmænd to deliver pallet goods, but Dachser handles our international shipments.
The vast majority of our electric fireplaces are in our own warehouse. Therefore, in over 90% of the cases, we can offer day-to-day delivery. It is a service we take pride in, and do everything to maintain.
Unfortunately, we do not have the option of having several of our branded fireplaces in our own warehouse, as each individual fireplace is often available in many different configurations and is therefore only produced when it has been ordered. The delivery time for these fireplaces will therefore most often be around 10-14 workingdays.
If you have special requests for the production of your electric fireplace in tailor-made dimensions, colours, etc. , the production and delivery time will vary. The delivery time is, therefore, agreed upon with our customer service when ordering.
As soon as we pack and prepare your order to be ready to ship, you will receive an email containing a tracking number as well as a link to the forwarder handling the shipment. Here you have the opportunity to track the package until it gets delivered to you.
If you unexpectedly do not receive a tracking number, you can contact our customer service, who will gladly help you.
